I am a Kansas native, born in Hutchinson and received a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Kansas State University in 1985.  For the following 20 years I pursued a career in Quality Engineering and in various parts of the country including Texas, Tennessee, Oklahoma and Alaska.   

It was in Midland, Texas where I met my lovely wife Darla.  We were married in 1988 and had two beautiful daughters.  Both daughters are now married and live out of state.  Since then, Darla and I have been blessed with two grandsons and two granddaughters.   

I never had real estate on my radar until in 2007 when I decided to change careers and become a real estate agent.  I knew it was the right choice when my daughters told me that “I wasn’t so grumpy anymore!"

We love being a part of the Kansas City community.  And residential real estate is a career that I really enjoy and have experienced tremendous success doing.

My incredible success in real estate is due to one thing…serving the client’s best interest!  When other agents say they are experts for the entire Kansas City area...you should question that.  That's hard to do.  That's why I focus on the Johnson County, KS area.  People need someone who will listen to their needs and provide honest opinions and information.  With over $48 million in career sales, I have the reputation and expertise for helping my clients sell their home quickly for the best possible price, and to help buyers find the right home, in the right community, for the right price.
